Is this just a little pond, a water mirror created by the rain, or a portal to my imagination?
I'm feeling somewhat melancholic these days and, as a result, it's difficult to see the bright side of things right now. ------------------------------- This image is part of a small series about a lovely nearby city called "Rancho Queimado". Comments amazing!

thank you so much!!   This is great. I like this idea of it being a portal, to somewhere mysterious and unknown, something you just have to jump in to find out what. Love the sky in this picture and the tree is cool. Great stuff.

The almost perfectly reflective properties of that small patch of water made me think about it as a dimensional portal right on the location as I took this picture. Maybe over the portal we would find a better (and more peaceful) world.  awesome shot, i like these.. very vertigo feeling
